Before you proceed with your booking, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.1. To book our photography studio, you must provide us with your name, contact information, and the date and time of your desired booking.
1.2. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
1.3. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. We will refund your payment in full if you cancel within this time frame. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to retain the full payment.
1.4. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.
1.5. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason. In such cases, we will refund your payment in full.
2.1. Our photography studio is available for use by photographers, videographers, and other professionals for the purpose of creating images and videos.
2.2. You may not use the studio for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, the creation of obscene or pornographic content.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary licenses and permits to use the studio.
2.4. You must adhere to all health and safety guidelines posted in the studio, including those related to electrical equipment and use of props.
2.5. You must use the photo studio and equipment in a careful manner and leave the studio & equipment clean and in good condition. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the studio during your rental period. You will be charged for any repairs or replacements necessary to return the studio to its original condition.
2.6. The consumption of water and electricity is included in the price (for normal usage).
2.7. Access to the studio is granted by the studio manager to the tenant(s), via an individual Salto Key System. This individual key is created in advance. Downloading the Salto Key System App is necessary to receive and use this key.
2.8. The rent and use of the studio starts at 08:00 and ends at 18:00.
2.9. Longer use will be charged in the following way: the studio's original daily rate (stated in the spec sheet) divided by 10 per extra hour.
3.1. Our photography studio is equipped with a variety of lighting equipment, backdrops, and props for your use, which can be rented as an addition to the studio at competitive prices.
3.2. You are responsible for setting up and operating the equipment properly. We recommend that you have experience with photography lighting and equipment before using our studio.
3.3. You may bring your own equipment and props, but you are responsible for ensuring that they do not cause damage to the studio.
3.4. We reserve the right to charge a fee for the use of certain equipment or props, as well as for any damage caused to them.
4.1. By using our photography studio, you grant us permission to use any images or videos created during your rental period for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, posting images on our website or social media accounts.
4.2. If you are using the studio for a client shoot, you must obtain permission from your clients for us to use their images for marketing purposes.
5.1. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your equipment while on our premises.
5.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the studio.
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our studio is located.
6.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your rental at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.
7.2. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
8.1. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9.2. Your continued use of our photography studio rental service after any modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our photography studio and rental service.
10.2. Any other agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded and canceled.
